About UNC Club XC/Track
One of the oldest collegiate running clubs in the country, UNC Club Track and Cross Country was founded in 1998 and is a member of UNC Sports Clubs and the National Intercollegiate Running Club Association (NIRCA). We provide a running group for both competitive and non-competitive runners - all runners are welcome! There are no cuts to the team and we welcome anybody who wants to come out, no matter how often. The club is active both semesters and competes in various races both on campus and off. In a competitive sense, the UNC club team has long been among the best in the country, having won the inaugural NIRCA Nationals team and individual championships, a proud tradition that has continues today.
